1. Services Provided

Wise Roots LLC provides AI-powered marketing infrastructure, including but not limited to AI audit reports, comprehensive marketing strategy, and digital advertising management. Our services are designed to enhance your digital footprint through custom automation and intelligence.

2. Free Report Terms

The free AI visibility reports generated by MAISEL are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy by analyzing real-time data from platforms like Google, ChatGPT, and Perplexity, we make no guarantees regarding the exactness, completeness, or resulting outcomes of the provided data.

3. Payment Terms

For our paid tiers and custom services, all billing is conducted upfront prior to the commencement of work. Due to the nature of digital services and dedicated labor hours, we do not offer refunds on completed work. Any adjustments to ongoing retainers require a 30-day written notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All strategies, custom AI systems, automation workflows, and marketing materials created by Wise Roots LLC remain the intellectual property of Wise Roots LLC until full payment for the respective service or project has been received. Upon full payment, the usage rights for the final deliverables are transferred to the client, while underlying proprietary systems and methodologies remain owned by Wise Roots LLC.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wise Roots LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
